Technology Assistant Program

Thank you for your interest in Bath County Public Schools Technology Assistant Program! The TA program...

  • Is an effort to maximize educational and experiential opportunities for students with exceptional technology potential and skills.

  • Provides a valuable technology support resource for the school division

TAs work as independent contractors in the schools-outside of normal class time-installing, troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software, and otherwise assisting with school technology projects. TAs typically work 1-2 hours per week during the school year (more time in the summer), and are paid $10.00 per hour for pre-approved projects. Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors may apply to the program.

USE THOSE TECH SKILLS, AND EARN A FEW DOLLARS!

INTERESTED BCHS STUDENTS SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CONTACT PAUL LANCASTER.

The following resources in Adobe PDF format explain the program in detail. Applications from BCHS students are accepted at any time during the year, although new positions are typically filled in the summer or fall months.
